Wegmans Food Markets is seeking warehouse team members to deliver exceptional service through accurate product selection for Wegmans stores. Emphasis on safety, efficiency and teamwork in a dynamic fulfillment environment.

Responsibilities include operating warehouse equipment, conducting order audits, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring cold-chain integrity where required. Competitive benefits and opportunities for overtime are available.

• Experience operating warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety and accuracy in order selection.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing workload.

Mansioni

• Ensure pallets are built safely and efficiently with minimal damage.
• Safely operate forklift, pallet jack, or Vocollect equipment as required.
• Perform order audits to verify accuracy and quality.
• Maintain knowledge of product quality standards and specs.
• Communicate daily quality issues to operations management.
• Maintain cold chain integrity for temperature-sensitive loads.
• Lift 20-25 lbs on average; occasional heavier lifting up to 50+ lbs.
