Job summary

Nintendo of America in North Bend, WA, is seeking an on-site Warehouse Associate to perform packaging, shipping, receiving, and stock management in an automated center. You will operate and troubleshoot packaging lines, maintain inventory accuracy, and adhere to safety and lean processes.

The role requires basic warehouse skills, strong teamwork and communication, and ability to train others. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English, complete basic forms, logs, and other company documents.

Responsibilities

• Performs an array of warehouse functions that may include assembly of products/parts, shipping, receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or organizing and retrieving stock.
• Performs basic troubleshooting on automated packaging, sorting lines and their processes.
• Maintains inventory controls and assists in the troubleshooting of discrepancies.
• Follows established guidelines regarding safety and task completion, including meeting quality, efficiency, and accuracy standards.
• Complies with all company policies, including CTPAT and JSOX controls, hazardous materials handling (HAZMAT).
• Effectively communicates in a variety of settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels.
• Preserves safe and clean work environment. Supports 5S and LEAN concepts to promote a clean, uncluttered, safe and organized work area.
• Provides guidance and task direction to less experience staff, as needed.
• Supports cross departmental labor share.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
