Job summary

Insync Staffing Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator for the 3rd shift in Cleveland, OH.

The role involves receiving, inspecting, labeling, storing, and distributing materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and performing ERP transactions in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities include unloading materials from trucks, validating against packing slips, conducting cycle counts, and coordinating with Purchasing/Engineering to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, receiving, inventory, or material-handling experience.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Ability to inspect materials and identify damage or quantity discrepancies.
• Experience completing inventory transactions in an ERP or warehouse management system.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work safely and independently during an overnight shift.

Responsibilities

• Unload raw materials, supplies, and equipment from incoming trucks.
• Inspect cartons and products for damage, accuracy, and correct quantities.
• Compare received materials against packing slips, purchase orders, and internal specifications.
• Complete daily receiving and inventory transactions in the ERP system.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Label and store incoming raw materials in the correct locations.
• Deliver materials to designated work centers using request lists or pick lists.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Engineering to resolve receiving issues.
• Report inventory discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Maintain organized receiving documentation and files.
• Coordinate outgoing freight as requested.
• Order and distribute non-inventory supplies.
• Remove pallets, packaging materials, cores, and other waste from work areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Location: Cleveland, OH 44128
Pay Rate: $18 - $19.50/hr, paid weekly
Duration: 3-months+
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM
Overview
