Job summary

Gehl Foods, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Operator for the 2nd shift from 2pm to 10:30pm. The role involves accurate processing of orders in the Partial Pallet area, loading and unloading ingredients, and ensuring inventory integrity across multiple locations.

Candidates should have forklift/reach truck experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. On-demand pay and a full benefits package accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Forklift/Reach Truck experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Experience with ERP and inventory systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders in the Partial Pallet area; pick, pack and wrap to spec.
• Unload, validate, and inspect ingredients, packaging materials, pallets.
• Unload and load finished goods to ship to customers and other warehouses.
• Support proper inventory rotation.
• Process paperwork for material and finished goods movements.
• Collaborate with Operations, FSQ, R&D, and other teams; use handheld scanners and Ross ERP.

What You’ll Do

• Accurately process customer orders in the Partial Pallet area. Pick, pack and wrap finished goods to order specification
• Unload, validate, and inspect ingredients, packaging materials, pallets
• Unload and load various finished goods to ship to our customers and other warehouse locations
• Support proper inventory rotation
• Process all necessary paperwork for material and finished good movements
• Support team members in Operations, FSQ, R&D, and other areas of Gehl Foods
• Ability to use handheld scanners, Ross ERP system, and other technology critical for this role

What You’ll Need

• Forklift/Reach Truck experience
• Previous production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience a plus—and not required!
• Ability to support warehouse functions in a dynamic manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to use various computer systems, including Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Warehouse and Inventory systems, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs)
