Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Warehouse Operator (Finance) in Forest City, IA to support production operations, ensure quality standards, and maintain a safe, efficient plant environment. The role offers 2nd or 3rd shift with pay starting at $24.21/hour and potential to $27.05/hour, plus shift differentials, and requires the ability to work onsite.

You will receive, stock, fill orders, and ship materials, operate picking and stocking equipment, and perform duties with strict safety adherence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed prior to start.
• 1 year of experience in a production or warehouse role.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receiving, stocking, order filling and shipping.
• Operate order picking equipment to fill customer and branch orders.
• Operate power stocking equipment to receive and place material into stock.
• Pack and check material for shipment.
• Work at heights up to 25 feet wearing a full body harness.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).
