Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, picking, packing, and inventory control in a fast-paced environment. A $2,000 sign-on bonus accompanies a $24/hour pay rate and a Monday–Friday shift with potential overtime based on workload.

Responsibilities include RF-based picking, order assembly, data entry, and mentorship of teammates. High school diploma or equivalent is required; CSCP certification is a plus. Full-time, in Columbus, OH area.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand English; read product descriptions and shelf labels.
• Basic mathematical skills required for inventory counts and transactions.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; detail oriented and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, and stage orders; assist with returns and inventory control.
• Verify received merchandise against shipment records; report discrepancies.
• Stock shelves and ensure items are in designated areas.
• Use RF devices to aid picking/packing and data entry in the system.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and verify quantities and specs.
• Enter orders and returns into the computer system accurately.
• Inspect returned items and return to proper shelf; maintain clean workspace.
• Conduct daily inventory counts and resolve discrepancies; assist with procedures.
• Operate power equipment (forklifts, reach trucks) following safety standards.
• Provide training to new associates and mentor other warehouse staff.
• Perform backup duties for lead roles as needed.
