Job summary

GALLO in South Carolina is seeking a dependable, safety-focused warehouse teammate for on-site production support. You will operate clamp trucks and forklifts to pick orders, load/unload, and move finished goods while keeping a clean, organized workspace.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of forklift or heavy machinery experience; overtime, shifts, and physical effort with up to 60 lbs; travel up to 5% for onboarding as needed. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Required to learn and successfully pass skills demonstrations tests, earning a minimum of 3 skills within 24 months from hire.

• Must be able to certify and re-certify Clamp Driver skills attained, as required.
• Must be able to operate and utilize the computerized inventory system.
• Travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events up to 5% of the time.

A Taste of What You'll Do

We're looking for a dependable and safety-focused team member to join our warehouse and production support operation in a hands-on role that helps keep products moving efficiently and accurately. In this position, you'll operate clamp trucks and forklifts to pick customer orders, load and unload trucks and rail cars, move finished goods into storage, and support a clean, organized workspace through routine floor scrubber operation. You'll also help ensure products are handled correctly, inventory stays accurate, and work is completed in alignment with daily priorities.

Success in this role comes from attention to detail, a strong sense of urgency, and a commitment to teamwork. You'll use warehouse management and inventory systems to scan product LPNs, perform cycle counts, complete data entry, update and close work orders, and help verify that pallet patterns, print, and packaging meet work order requirements. You'll learn standard processes, stretch wrapper operations, and technical procedures while building new skills and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

• Must be able to operate and utilize the computerized inventory system.

How You'll Stand Out
