Job summary

Land O’Lakes, Inc. in Williston, ND is hiring a Warehouse Operator to join the warehousing team and ensure timely delivery of final products. You will handle inbound/outbound deliveries, pack and load products with a forklift, and support cycle counts while keeping areas organized.

The role requires forklift certification, 18+ years, 1+ year warehouse experience, basic math and computer skills, and a collaborative, safety-focused mindset. Weekend/ overtime and a daytime shift are expected.

Warehouse Operator

Pay: $27.75 per hour

Shift & Working Hours: Day Shift; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Weekends/Overtime as needed.

In this role, you’ll be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front-line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products. You’ll gain skills and experience in warehouse operations including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing areas of the warehouse. You’ll operate daily on a forklift and use other plant machinery and equipment as needed. Join our team to become part of a member-owned co-op that is Rooted In Tomorrow.

This role is part of our WinField United business who supplies agricultural inputs, expertise, and technology to our member-owners and other partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ years of warehousing work experience

• Forklift experience

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift/carry up to 60 pounds

• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements

• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment

• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present

• Required to work scheduled shift which may include weekends, some holidays, and periodic overtime
