Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support our warehousing team. Responsibilities include coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products with a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing warehouse areas.

You will operate a forklift daily and use other equipment as needed. Qualifications include at least 1 year of general work experience, basic computer and math skills, and a forklift certification.

• Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Successful forklift certification required.

Warehouse Operator

Pay: $25.69 per hour

Shift & Working Hours: 1st Shift; 07:00 AM to 3:30 PM Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed.

In this role, you'll be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front-line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products. You'll gain skills and experience in warehouse operations including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing areas of the warehouse. Physical Requirements

• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
