Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics (JD Logistics) in Houston, TX seeks a Warehouse Associate who is bilingual and experienced in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing. You will operate forklifts and RF scanners, learn WMS/SOPs quickly, and contribute to accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to adapt to high-pressure operations while maintaining safety and efficiency on site.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing; e-commerce warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, etc., as needed.
• Support on-site operations and adhere to SOPs.
• Assist Team Leads with training new hires and resolving on-site issues.
• Maintain safety and compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

About The Team

Warehouse Associate – Bilingual Required

• Location: Houston, TX


• Pay Rate: $21-$22

What You’ll Do:

• 1–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing; e‑commerce warehouse experience preferred;


• Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, etc., preferred;


• Strong learning ability, capable of quickly mastering WMS, SOPs, and on‑site operational processes;


• Strong sense of responsibility and execution, able to adapt to a fast‑paced, high‑intensity work environment;


• Strong ability to handle pressure and a strong sense of teamwork;


• Good communication and coordination skills, able to assist Team Leads in training new hires and following up on on‑site anomalies;

What You’ll bring:

• Proficiency in order fulfillment processes and inventory management systems;


• Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations;


• Experience using RF Scanner;


• Ability to handle materials safely and effectively in a fast‑paced environment;


• Excellent teamwork skills, collaborating effectively with colleagues and supervisors;


• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed;
