Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. in Sparks, MD is seeking a Warehouse Operator for a 12-month contract. The role requires lifting 5–25 lbs continuously and 25–60 lbs frequently, operating handjacks and RF devices, and working in refrigeration (2–8 C) up to 10 hours daily.

Responsibilities include order filling, over-packing, and adhering to DC procedures. Start time is 6:00 AM and end time 2:30 PM, total 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent also required.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills required.
• Must be able to keep detailed record of logs and documents.
• Coordination of mental and physical attention of thought, hand, and eye required.
• Must be able to lift/move 5-25 lbs. continuously, 40% - 70% of the time.
• Must be able to work in refrigeration (2-8 Celsius) up to 10 hours per day.
• Previous experience preferred but not required. 6-12 months experience preferred.

• May receive general supervision with little instruction on routine work.
• Ability to safely operate required equipment (power handjacks).
• Ability to learn and use packaging equipment and RF devices.
• May be required to work on the DC parcel manifest line, which will require an understanding of the parcel manifest systems.
