Job summary

IFF in Pryor, Oklahoma is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to monitor materials and finished goods, ensuring stock meets production and order demands. You will track inventory, perform transactions in WMS/ERP, and coordinate with suppliers for on-time deliveries.

This onsite role emphasizes accuracy, cycle counts, and adherence to safety and quality standards while supporting continuous improvement in warehouse operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or a related field.
  • Ability to accurately track, record, and reconcile inventory transactions.
  • Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory software.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
  • Ability to safely operate material handling equipment or willingness to obtain certification.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform transactions within inventory management systems.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and availability of materials.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Inspect incoming materials for quality, quantity, and compliance with specifications.
  • Prepare and stage outgoing materials and products for shipment according to established procedures.
  • Support warehouse organization, material handling, and inventory control best practices.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while performing daily responsibilities.
