Job summary

Land O’Lakes, Inc. in Nampa, Idaho, is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support inbound/outbound deliveries and final-product packing using a forklift. You will help coordinate shipments, count cycles, and keep the warehouse organized and safe.

Warehouse Operator**Pay:** $22.00 per hour **Shift & Working Hours:** 8 hours Shift; 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM; Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed. Seasonal hours 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.In this role, you’ll be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front-line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products. You’ll gain skills and experience in warehouse operations including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing areas of the warehouse. You’ll operate daily on a forklift and use other plant machinery and equipment as needed.
