Job summary

Land O’Lakes, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate for the third shift to operate a forklift, coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries, and assist with cycle counts. You will pack/load final products and prepare orders for delivery in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires safety discipline, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and a willingness to learn new skills. 18+ and 1 year warehousing experience preferred; weekend/overtime availability.

PAY: $24.60 PER HR plus $1.00 PER HR Shift Differential In this role, you’ll be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front-line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products. You’ll gain skills and experience in warehouse operations including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing areas of the warehouse. SHIFT: 3rd Shift 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM; Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed. • Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others

• Processes work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing them, shrink-wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery
• Able to multi-task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast‑paced environment
• Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area
• Successful forklift certification required
• Other duties as assigned

Required Experience And Skills

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1 year of warehousing experience
• Basic computer and math skills
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem‑solve and troubleshoot
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years of warehousing work experience
• Forklift experience

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift/carry up to 60 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
