Land O' Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator for the 751 Plant in Missouri. The role involves lifting, packing, forklift operation, and coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, maintaining tidy work areas, and supporting cycle counts. Forklift certification is required, with weekend/overtime as needed. This is a full-time on-site position with potential for extended shifts.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.

• Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Successful forklift certification required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

Warehouse Operator - 751 Plant Pay: $20.44 Shift & Working Hours: 1st Shift, 6:45am - 3:15pm. Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed.

In this role, you’ll be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front-line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products. You’ll gain skills and experience in warehouse operations including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing areas of the warehouse. You’ll operate daily on a forklift and use other plant machinery and equipment as needed. Join our team to become part of a member-owned co-op that is Rooted In Tomorrow. This role is part of our Nutra Blend business who is an industry leader in manufacturing and distributing quality vitamin, trace mineral, micro-ingredients, and antibiotic premixes for the feed industry.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift/carry up to 60 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
