Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Warehouse Operator for our manufacturing and logistics client in Sparks Glencoe, MD. You will support material handling and inventory management, operating a variety of equipment and maintaining accurate records.

This First Shift position runs 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with opportunities for skill development while prioritizing safety and quality in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year of warehouse or related experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and effectively.
• English reading, writing and interpretation of documents required.
• Basic math skills and general computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials and products within the facility.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and material movements.
• Develop skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within designated processes.
• Follow SOPs and adhere to quality guidelines to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Work under general to limited supervision, demonstrating initiative and responsibility.

Pay Range: $18

Shift: First Shift (6:00AM - 2:30PM, Monday - Friday)

What's the Job?

• Ability to operate equipment safely and effectively.

• Effective communication skills in English, with the ability to read, write, and interpret documents.
