We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator responsible for the safe and efficient handling of materials, accurate documentation, and professional communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams. This role involves a combination of physical labor, forklift operation, and computer-based tasks within a fast-paced warehouse environment. The starting pay for this position is $21.40 per hour increasing to $22.90 per hour after completion of training.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform material handling, warehousing, shipping, receiving, labeling, and (re)packaging tasks
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently for picking, staging, loading/unloading trucks, and racking production items
Complete accurate SAP transactions and maintain thorough documentation in both digital systems and physical paperwork
Ensure proper labeling and packaging of parts and materials
Maintain professional communication and coordination with customers, vendors, and internal contacts
Participate in daily housekeeping, safety procedures, and ongoing training initiatives
Proficient in forklift operation and material handling best practices
Strong attention to detail, with accurate handwriting and ability to perform basic math, spelling, and counting tasks
Solid computer skills, including familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Effective verbal and written communication skills for phone and email correspondence
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely handle rubber and molded parts using gross motor skills and grip strength
