Warehouse Operator Job Description

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for performing various routine, manual, and clerical duties to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Receipt, issue, storage, handling, and transportation of materials, along with courteous interaction with customers.
2. Verify the accuracy of inbound shipments and the quantities arriving at the facility.
3. Conduct cycle counts, data entry, and filing as required.
4. Process and ship customer orders in accordance with established service agreements.
5. Participate in alternate shifts as needed.
6. Maintain diligent care of warehouse handling equipment.
7. Develop and maintain procedures and processes to improve customer service.
8. Utilize handheld devices, scanner devices, and automation systems effectively.
