Job Details

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Ensuring the daily shipping, receiving, and inventory control aspects of the warehouse are maintained including:
  2. Receiving: logging and verifying all inbound shipments for material identity, quantity, and any shipping damage. Coordinating receiving inspections within established protocols, inputting all inbound receipts in the Innomar WMS software, and filling out corresponding documents. Completing stock putaways utilizing Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
  3. Quarantining products related to inbound receipts and returns as outlined by Innomar’s SOPs.
  4. Picking products: selecting all orders provided by CSR or Management, ensuring all orders are picked and packed according to SOPs and client requirements promptly to meet daily commitments.
  5. Packing orders: performing a blind check to verify product and quantity accuracy, and packing in accordance with SOPs and client standards.
  6. Stock Replenishment: replenishing stock locations using material handling equipment as needed.
  7. Returns Processing: ensuring returns are processed within established timelines.
  8. Completing documentation accurately, including shipping documents like waybills, dangerous goods IATA paperwork, and customs papers.
  9. Managing inventory movement with FIFO or FEFO principles, ensuring organized and safe flow of goods.
  10. Maintaining data integrity of inventory systems through accurate transaction recording and routine cycle counts.
  11. Assisting Warehouse Supervisor, Inventory Coordinator, or Quality Assurance staff with product handling.
  12. Supporting Quality Assurance with facility temperature monitoring.
  13. Handling production assembly, including refrigerated and frozen supplies, and managing supply kitting activities.
  14. Implementing Corrective and Preventative Actions.
  15. Ensuring GMP & Regulatory Compliance, including adherence to protocols, sanitation, pest control, and proper handling of sensitive products.
  16. Participating in training on GMP and system operations, including Innomar’s WMS, TMS, RF scanning, and related software.
  17. Participating in other projects and functions as required; position responsibilities may evolve.
  18. Remaining on standby/on call as needed.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a related industry.
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, math).
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs daily and perform reaching, bending, lifting regularly.
  • Ability to work in a cold environment daily.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise judgment.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Work well under pressure in time-sensitive situations.
  • Independent work capability with minimal supervision.
  • Licensed to operate MHE (e.g., Raymond Reach) with at least 2 years’ experience.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution industry.
  • Working knowledge of automated warehouse systems.
  • Strong business, financial, analytical, and mathematical skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
