Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Franklin Park, IL to manage shipments from inception to delivery. You will coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure on-time delivery and accurate transaction completion.

Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems and MS Office is expected, along with forklift certification and relevant safety qualifications. The role emphasizes proactive communication, accurate operational reporting, and coordinating with off-site locations

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in customer service and logistics.
• Forklift experience required.
• Material Handling Certification required.
• Dangerous Goods Qualification required.
• Forklift Operation and Certification required.
• Some experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
• English preferred (reading, writing and verbal).
• Proficiency in basic MS Office applications.
