Job summary

Sirius Staffing is seeking Warehouse Operators in Blair, NE for a full-time, long-term role with a leading chemical manufacturer. You will handle materials and inventory with emphasis on safety and accuracy, operating forklifts and packaging equipment.

Two 3-day blocks on a rotating schedule (7a-7p) with training week Mon-Fri 7:00-4:30; candidate must lift up to 55 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather. Valid driver’s license and reliable work history required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with forklifts, preferably in a warehouse environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Proven longevity in work history.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to follow forklift safety requirements and site certification.
• Capable of lifting up to 55 pounds.
• Ability to stand, climb stairs, bend, squat, push, and reach overhead.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to remove products from packaging lines.
• Record pallet counts on production sheets accurately.
• Store pallets in designated warehouse areas.
• Operate equipment to package products in totes and 25 kg pallets.
• Adjust and troubleshoot packaging machinery as needed.
• Identify and move damaged products to designated areas.
• Dump damaged bags into super sacks for reprocessing.
• Maintain daily safety, cleaning, and hygiene standards in the area.
• Participate in quality-related activities and safety programs.
• Perform miscellaneous projects related to warehouse operations as needed.

Sirius Staffing is seeking Warehouse Operators in the Blair, NE area. This role offers a full-time, long-term opportunity with a leading chemical manufacturer. As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a vital role in our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of materials and inventory.

Schedule: 12-hour rotating day shifts 7a-7p, with 2 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off.

First week of training M-F 7:00-430

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must have previous forklift experience,preferably in a warehouse environment.
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Must have a proven track record of longevity work history
• Capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to follow and understand all forklift safety requirementsandpass site-specific certification.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 55 pounds.
• Ability to frequently climb stairs, stand and walk for extended periods, frequent bending, squatting, pushing, and overhead reaching
