Job summary

Sirius Staffing is seeking a Packaging/Forklift Operator in Blair, NE to support daily warehouse operations, including forklift operations, material handling, and packaging. This full-time, long-term role offers $25/hour plus PTO and Holiday Pay, with 12-hour rotating day shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., 2 days on, 3 days off, then 3 on 2 off.

First week of training runs M-F 7:00-4:30. Requirements include a high school diploma, forklift experience, a valid driver’s license, basic computer skills,

Qualifications

• Must have previous forklift experience (warehouse experience preferred).
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License (required).
• Capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to follow and understand forklift safety requirements and pass site-specific certification.
• Ability to lift to 55 pounds and frequently bend, stoop, reach, climb stairs, and stand or walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to remove products from packaging lines.
• Accurately record pallet counts on production sheets.
• Store pallets in designated warehouse areas.
• Operate equipment to package products in totes and/or on pallets.
• Adjust and troubleshoot packaging machinery as needed.
• Identify and move damaged products to designated warehouse areas.
• Dump damaged bags into super sacks for reprocessing.
• Maintain daily safety, cleaning, and hygiene standards in the area
• Participate in quality-related activities and safety programs.
• Perform miscellaneous warehouse operations projects as needed.

As a Warehouse Operator, you will support daily warehouse operations, including forklift operations, material handling, and packaging.

Schedule: 12-hour rotating day shifts, 7 a.m.- 7 p.m., with 2 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off.
