Clariant Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Operator in Belen, NM. The role focuses on safe and efficient movement of materials, inventory accuracy, and timely order fulfillment to support production teams.

Onsite work with emphasis on safety, quality, and process discipline in a global specialty chemicals company. The position encompasses handling materials, performing cycle counts, using SAP and handheld scanners, and maintaining clean, organized work areas while adhering to ESHA safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months warehouse experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office.
• SAP or other Inventory Management Systems experience a plus.
• Basic mathematics skills required.

Responsibilities

• Fill orders for production.
• Monitor warehouse operations to ensure adequate supply of quality materials for production departments.
• Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Use handheld barcode scanner and other technology as required.
• Perform SAP transactions related to inventory control.
• Maintain area housekeeping and organize work areas.

Join Clariant as a Warehouse Operator and play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout our warehouse operations. You will support inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for filling orders for production
• Monitor warehouse operations to assure adequate supply of quality materials to production departments
• Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Uses handheld bar code scanner, other technology as required
• Performs all SAP transactions related to inventory control
• Performs area housekeeping duties and organizing work areas
• Ensure participation and cooperation in company implemented ESHA programs
• Palletize finished material on to pallets correctly.
• Operate a pallet jack
• Attend a class on forklift operation and pass an exam both written and hands on for forklift certification
• Enter a minimum of 8 safety deviations a year

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED
• 1 to 3 months in warehouse experience a plus
• Strong computer skills. MS Office products.
• SAP or other Inventory Management Systems.
• Basic Mathematics skills
