Clariant is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support production with accurate inventory, timely order fulfillment, and strong safety practices. You will use SAP and handheld scanners, perform cycle counts, and maintain clean work areas while assisting in ESHA safety programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months warehouse experience is a plus.
• SAP or other inventory systems experience desired.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Fill orders for production and ensure accuracy.
• Monitor warehouse ops to ensure adequate supply for production.
• Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Use handheld barcode scanners and related technology.
• Process SAP transactions related to inventory control.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Participate in ESHA programs as required.
• Palletize finished material onto pallets correctly.
• Attend forklift training and pass written and hands-on exams for certification.
• Enter a minimum of 8 safety deviations per year.

Join Clariant as a Warehouse Operator and play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout our warehouse operations. You will support inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for filling orders for production
• Monitor warehouse operations to assure adequate supply of quality materials to production departments
• Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Uses handheld bar code scanner, other technology as required
• Performs all SAP transactions related to inventory control
• Performs area housekeeping duties and organizing work areas
• Ensure participation and cooperation in company implemented ESHA programs
• Palletize finished material on to pallets correctly.
• Attend a class on forklift operation and pass an exam both written and hands on for forklift certification
• Enter a minimum of 8 safety deviations a year

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED
• 1 to 3 months in warehouse experience a plus
• SAP or other Inventory Management Systems.
• Basic Mathematics skills
