Job summary

Job&Talent US is recruiting for a Pick/Pack associate to join a fast-paced North Aurora warehouse. You will locate and pick merchandise, inspect items for damage, pack securely, and apply shipping labels for shipment.

This role requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting 40-50 lbs, with shifts including early and late starts on various days. Prior warehouse experience preferred; punctuality and reliability are essential.

Salary: USD17 - USD18 per hour

Pick/Pack - North Aurora

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading logistics company in North Aurora. This role is based in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution center where you will play a key part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Shift Patterns

• 1st shift: Sunday to Thursday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
• 1st shift: Tuesday to Saturday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
• 2nd shift: Sunday to Thursday, 4:00 pm to 12:30 am
• 2nd shift: Tuesday to Saturday, 4:00 pm to 12:30 am

Pay Rates

• 17.00 - 18.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Pick/Pack

• Experience in a warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift packages weighing up to 40-50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet daily productivity goals
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work assigned schedules
