Job summary

Job&Talent US is hiring a Pick/Pack associate for our North Aurora location. The role supports a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring accurate picking and packing for shipments.

You will use RF scanners or voice-to-pick systems to locate items, inspect for damage, apply labels, and maintain organized workstations. The shift patterns include mornings and evenings across multiple days, with hourly pay of $17.00–$18.00.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet daily productivity goals.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work assigned schedules.

Pick/Pack - North Aurora

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading logistics company in North Aurora. This role is based in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution center where you will play a key part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Shift Patterns

• 1st shift: Sunday to Thursday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
• 1st shift: Tuesday to Saturday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
• 2nd shift: Sunday to Thursday, 4:00 pm to 12:30 am
• 2nd shift: Tuesday to Saturday, 4:0 pm to 12:30 am

Pay Rates

• 17.00 - 18.00 USD hourly
