Job summary

Job&Talent US is hiring a Pick/Pack associate for our North Aurora location. The role supports a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring accurate picking and packing for shipments.

You will use RF scanners or voice-to-pick systems to locate items, inspect for damage, apply labels, and maintain organized workstations. The shift patterns include mornings and evenings across multiple days, with hourly pay of $17.00–$18.00.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 40–50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet daily productivity goals.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work assigned schedules.

Responsibilities

• Locate and pick merchandise using RF scanners or voice-to-pick systems.
• Inspect items for damage and pack them securely for shipment.
• Apply accurate shipping labels and seal packages.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
