Salary Range: $18.00 to $22.00 Hourly

About the Role

The Pick and Pack Associate plays a critical role in the efficient operation of our warehouse and distribution center by accurately selecting and preparing products for shipment. This position ensures that customer orders are fulfilled correctly and on time, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and company reputation. The associate will work closely with inventory management systems to locate items, verify quantities, and package products securely for delivery. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to maintain product integrity and workplace safety. Ultimately, this role supports the seamless flow of goods from the warehouse to the customer, enabling the company to meet its logistical commitments.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and understand order instructions and product labels.
  • Basic proficiency with handheld scanning devices or willingness to learn.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
