Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse training and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Identifies training needs and develops programs for shipping and receiving.
• Plans, develops, and provides warehouse training using classroom, on-the-job, and workshop methods.
• Works with warehouse leadership to identify training gaps and develop plans.
• Provides materials and resources to motivate learning; develops training metrics reports.
• Organizes training manuals and evaluations; ensures timely safety training completion.
