Hyve Solutions seeks a training-focused professional to support warehouse operations with hands-on training, learning materials, and engaging sessions. You will collaborate with Operations Managers and Team Leaders to drive skill development across shifts and locations.

The role requires 2+ years in warehouse training, strong presentation skills, and the ability to provide constructive feedback. Salary ranges from $25 to $28 per hour, plus eligible benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience training in a warehouse environment.
• Comfortable talking in front of a group as well as one-on-one with an individual.
• Ability to give and receive feedback effectively.
• Proven people skills.

Responsibilities

• Works with Operations Managers and Team leaders to assist with training requirements.
• Maintains basic-level knowledge in operations; evaluates and improves processes.
• Refines learning tools and techniques.
• Improves associates' job-related skills; develops and applies learning tools.
