The role supports KPI monitoring, dock scheduling, and carrier coordination on B Shift (Mon-Fri, 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM). Prior warehousing and WMS experience are expected along with forklift proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years warehouse experience.
• MS Office (Word and Excel) Working knowledge of WMS systems.
• Forklift experience.
• Equipment certification may be required, depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting standard facility KPI which meets safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance goals.
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and load statuses.
• Work with Operations Supervisor to balance workload and manage WMS at floor level.
• Collaborate with inventory and on-site personnel to resolve issues with orders.
• Interact with customers to communicate order changes and updates.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

• Hourly Pay: $21.50 per hour

• Additional Pay: $1.50 per hour when assigned to B Shift

• Schedule: B ShiftMonday - Friday 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM

Requirements

• Assist in supporting standard facility Key Performance Indicators (KPI) which consistently meet/exceed established goals in safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance

• Create and maintain daily dock schedules

• Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and upating load statuses

• Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure the work load is being distributed properly and evenly by managing WMS down to the floor

• Work closely with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve and problems with the day's orders

• Interact with the customer to communicate order changes and updates

• Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports

• Perform other duties as required or assigned
