Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting KPI targets for safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance.
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Coordinate with carriers to set appointments and update load statuses.
• Collaborate with Operations Supervisor to distribute workload and manage WMS at floor level.
• Work with inventory and on-site personnel to resolve daily order issues.
• Interface with customers to communicate order changes and updates.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform other duties as required.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $24.50 per hour
• Additional Pay: $3.25 per hour when assigned to second shift
• Schedule: Second Shift Thursday - Saturday and every other Wednesday 4:00 PM - 4:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting standard facility Key Performance Indicators (KPI) which consistently meet/exceed established goals in safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules
• Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and upating load statuses
• Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure the work load is being distributed properly and evenly by managing WMS down to the floor
• Work closely with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve and problems with the day's orders
• Interact with the customer to communicate order changes and updates
• Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports
• Perform other duties as required or assigned
