UPS in Danbury, CT is seeking a supervisor to oversee safety, production and attendance. You will lead workgroups, develop teams, and ensure high standards of accuracy, customer service, and organization in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities include training, coaching, and maintaining compliance with safety policies while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment. Previous management experience is preferred and a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent is valued.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent required or preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
