UPS is seeking a supervisor to lead safety, production, and attendance in a seasonal role at our Danbury, CT facility. You will supervise, train, and develop workgroups while maintaining high standards for accuracy, customer service, organization, and safety.

You will build strong working relationships across teams, implement personal development plans, and ensure compliance with all safety policies. This role supports continuous improvement and efficient operations in a fast-paced warehouse

Competenze

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.
