Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance while mentoring staff.

You will oversee receiving, sorting, dispatching, inventory checks, and cargo documentation, coordinating with other departments to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. This hands-on role requires long periods of standing and flexibility for off-hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in warehouse operations with supervisory experience preferred.
• US work authorization required; Canada work authorization if location is Canada.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and dispatching of cargo.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with team members to meet deadlines and goals.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff, fostering safety and continuous improvement.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper cargo documentation.
• Monitor equipment and infrastructure functionality.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure seamless cargo handling.
