What You Will Be Doing

Lead associates during a shift while supervising warehouse operations to ensure functions meet Company, Distribution Center, and Union standards. Provide excellent customer service through accurate handling of inbound and outbound products.

This position is based in Brea, CA or Irvine, CA.

Main Responsibilities

• Coach and engage associates for high productivity, safety, and quality
• Demonstrate effective leadership daily
• Motivate through positive reinforcement
• Promote safety culture via example and feedback
• Coordinate workflow with peer leaders
• Regularly walk the warehouse to ensure compliance with sanitation and quality
• Maintain visibility and support the Open Door Policy
• Use technology to investigate operational issues
• Coordinate weekly work schedules
• Communicate with Transportation for inbound/outbound flow
• Collaborate with Inventory Control, Procurement, and Facilities departments

The salary range is $70,000 to $85,000 annually, with starting salary based on experience, location, and qualifications. Flexibility may be considered for exceptional candidates.

Physical Environment

• Work mostly in warehouse conditions with machinery hazards
• Temperatures vary from –20 to 70 degrees
• Noise levels are within acceptable ranges
• May sit at a desk or stand/walk in the warehouse
• Use of office equipment is required
• Flexible hours and shifts, operations 24/7 including holidays
