Scandinavian Designs - Dania Furniture is seeking a Secondary DC Manager to oversee Roseville warehouse operations, staffing, and distribution activities. This full-time role emphasizes safety, inventory control, and excellent customer service in handling deliveries and warehouse functions.

The position requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to meet company goals. Starting pay is $26 per hour, with full benefits and a daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience preferred.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Must be 18+ with valid Driver’s License in state.
• DOT certifications preferred if applicable to location.
• Heavy lifting up to 75 lbs, safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Plan, staff, direct, and coordinate storage and inventory control.
• Develop and execute a distribution services plan to meet goals.
• Provide world class customer service in warehouse and on deliveries.
• Supervise delivery service and ensure final mile excellence.
• Recruit, manage and develop qualified staff for operations.
• Train staff in warehouse operations and safety procedures.
