Job summary

Lineage is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team. You will collaborate with Operations leadership to ensure service, quality, safety, and productivity standards for both the company and customers are met.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating shipments, planning schedules, tracking production, and reporting to plant personnel. The role requires leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to work in dynamic

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Manage incoming/outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources for task completion while tracking time and production records.
• Track and report to designated plant personnel.
• Monitor warehouse activities including sales, records control, and purchasing to ensure product availability.
