Job summary

Quantix SCS, Inc. seeks a Supervisor, Operations to oversee daily shipping, receiving, and packaging. You will optimize workflows, resolve issues, and drive performance while ensuring policy compliance and a safe workplace.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with sales, customer service, marketing, and finance to balance workload and improve efficiency. This on‑site role requires leadership and hands‑on problem solving.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• Proficiency in WMS and HighJump systems.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams.
• MS Excel, MS Word, and email systems usage (2+ years).
• Leadership competencies: expectation setting, performance management.
• Proven track record of maintaining high quality standards.
• Ability to stand for short durations and lift up to 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Team Management: mentor, train, delegate and resolve conflicts.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: monitor KPIs and report to upper management.
• Communication & Coordination: collaborate across sales, customer service, marketing, and finance.
• Payroll Administration: review overtime, vacations, attendance, approvals.
• Facility Maintenance: ensure warehouse cleanliness per standards.
• Quality Assurance: uphold quality policies and minimize complaints.
• Safety & Compliance: ensure safety protocols and coordinate with EHS.
