Job summary

Hillman Group is seeking a Supervisor of Warehouse Operations to oversee daily distribution activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate execution of warehouse operations. This role directly supervises frontline associates, manages workflow, and addresses operational issues in real time.

You will supervise picking, packing, receiving, and shipping, balance labor to meet volume and service requirements, and monitor productivity, quality, and safety on the floor while coaching hourly staff

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
6+ years in manufacturing, warehouse, or related field.
1+ year of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including picking, packing, receiving, and shipping.
Assign work and balance labor to meet volume and service requirements.
Monitor productivity, quality, and safety on the floor.
Coach hourly associates and provide performance feedback.
Address operational issues, delays, and escalations during shifts.
Enforce safety policies and conduct safety observations.
Support onboarding, training, and cross-training activities.
Ensure accurate system transactions and documentation.
Partner with inventory, quality, and maintenance teams.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and standard work.
