Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the warehouse team and ensure service, quality, safety, and productivity standards are met. You will supervise staff, manage shipments and inventory, and plan production schedules while tracking performance metrics.

The role requires at least 2 years of warehouse leadership, experience with a Warehouse Management System, and the ability to work in varied storage conditions. Weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in temperatures ranging from -20F/-25C to 100F/37C in storage sites with PPE.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with noisy environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and provide performance feedback to direct reports to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Manage incoming/outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources while tracking time and production records.
• Track and send reports to plant personnel and monitor warehouse activities.
• Work with machinery and material handling equipment and resolve employee issues.
