Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations to oversee daily warehouse functions and lead a team toward operational excellence. The role emphasizes coaching, training and maintaining high standards of service in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanners, and be able to work a flexible schedule including overtime. A logistics degree and prior 3PL/ISO/AS9100 exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program.
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments.
