GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations to lead daily warehouse activities in The Dalles, OR. You will supervise a team, plan schedules, train staff, and ensure high-quality service while adhering to company quality policies.

The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience, proficiency with MS Office and scanners, and a flexible schedule including overtime. Bonus points for bilingual English/Spanish and warehousing/ISO experience.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field is preferred.
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is advantageous.
• Experience in a Warehousing or 3PL environment or AS9100/ISO environment is beneficial.

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate understanding of the company quality policy.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program.
• Communicate with leadership, team members and other departments.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
