The primary goal of this role is to ensure the timely and accurate picking, sorting, and loading of outbound products for next-day delivery. This fast-paced, production-oriented environment requires effective coaching, training, and communication to meet or exceed departmental and individual goals. The supervisor manages labor budgets, forecasts volume, and continuously seeks process improvements.
