Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3:30pm) in Gretna, NE. You will supervise a team, coach performance, and ensure efficient operations and quality service for customers.

The role requires 2 years of relevant experience, familiarity with MS Office and scanners, and flexibility to work overtime, including weekends. A logistics-related bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, which may include weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Prepare schedules
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy
