Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all warehousing activities at our plant and ensure customer requirements are met. You will lead lift truck operators and warehouse staff, develop space utilization plans, and manage inventory accuracy and shipments with attention to safety and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in logistics or related field and at least five years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in logistics or related field; five years in logistics supervisory/management in manufacturing.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with managers, vendors, and customers.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly (verbal and written) and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise lift truck operators and warehouse personnel.
• Plan cost-efficient warehouse utilization and optimize space based on production schedules and customer requirements.
• Ensure safety, health, quality GMP, and company policies are followed; develop SOPs for the warehouse.
