Job summary

Graham Packaging is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee logistics personnel, ensure safe, efficient handling of materials, and coordinate with production to meet customer delivery dates. You will manage inventory, develop schedules, and drive improvements across departments using SAP and related tools.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in production or logistics, with experience in planning, scheduling, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or related production experience; or equivalent combination of education and related production and/or logistics experience is required.
• Computer usage and typing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Follows all safety, health, quality GMP policies and procedures.
• Supervises Warehouse Leads, including hiring and performance reviews.
• Collaborates with customers, schedulers, plant operations and supply plants to meet delivery dates and minimize cost.
• Works with Operations Manager and Shift Supervisors to meet production schedules based on forecasts.
• Uses SAP and other Windows-based applications to manage performance for Graham and customers.
• Maintains accuracy of warehouse on-hand inventories and develops min/max levels.
• Prepares daily and weekly schedules and coordinates with departments to optimize OTIF.
