Job summary

Graham Packaging is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead the supply chain team, oversee plant schedules, and ensure timely execution aligned with business priorities. You will collaborate across operations, finance, sales and engineering to deliver results and optimize costs.

The role requires strong planning, data analysis, and SAP experience, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in supply chain, operations, or business management.
• Experience in a supply chain field (demand, supply, inventory, scheduling, capacity planning, warehousing).
• Experience with SAP or a related ERP system is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution and adherence of the supply plan and escalate deviations as needed.
• Lead scheduler role and warehouse team; create detailed daily plant schedules.
• Measure key supply chain metrics and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with standard supply chain processes across the BU.
• Maintain master planning data; perform audits for compliance.
• Assist operations to ensure inventory accuracy and data integrity.
• Collaborate with sales, planning, and operations to develop creative value-driven solutions.
