Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Weybridge depot. You will manage inventory, lead a small team, and ensure efficient processes across receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping.

The role suits someone with supervisory warehouse experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a focus on accuracy and safety. Forklift certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management software and basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Forklift certification (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks for accuracy.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfil orders accurately and on time.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high performance and safety.
• Implement and enforce warehouse procedures to optimise efficiency.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and report issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
