You will coordinate with receiving, shipping, and leadership to optimize workflows and labor utilization, while maintaining inventory integrity.

The role requires strong leadership, 3–5 years of warehouse leadership, and SAP experience; forklift operation and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or proven equivalent.
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to multi-task.
• Detail oriented with 3–5 years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Able to operate and train on forklifts; SAP experience required.
• Must read, write and converse in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily work of warehouse staff and temps.
• Partner with Receiving and Shipping to manage product flow.
• Train staff on power equipment, RF devices, and SOPs.
• Optimize picking locations to boost productivity.
• Communicate shift schedules and coordinate with associates.
• Ensure accurate SAP transactions and shipping documentation.
